If you have project documentation in it’s 2D traditional type, this service is for you. Based on these materials, our team will create a quality BIM (3D) model with relevant geometrical and informational characteristics. We will check how different models overlap and find other unfinished points so you will not find unpleasant surprises on construction site.

In case you have a scanned object in .rcp (ReCap), our team will make a quality BIM-model with all relevant settings. Laser scanning can be done separately by our partners.

While BIM-modeling we can fast and efficiently check the project on overlapping of systems and constructions, find “blind” and unfinished zones in design solutions, recalculate materials for all the building (for example: concrete, armature, brick, calculate cover, facade etc.)

Due to quadcopter’s overflight we can make high-precision photo shooting and create 3D models, orthophoto maps and other photo / video materials (depending on the request). There is an opportunity to match periods to get actual situation about work progress. The quadcopter’s overflight allows to make analysis of any construction site, to calculate it’s square and volumetric component of the pit (excavated or transferred solid), to check the accuracy in realization of landscape design.

4D modeling will help you to control the process of building due to combination of 3D models with calendar schedule of object’s building. The technology allows to demonstrate the building process, to plan the correct timetable for building and assembly work. For customer it is a great opportunity to visualize and analize the time of delays or outruns of building process.
